Tous est prévu pour ne pas avoir la sensation d'être enfermé : grandes baies vitrées qui s'escamotent dans les les murs, terrasse affleurante avec l'intérieur, grandes pièces, etc..

Sarah Stoner : "We have stayed at this house twice with our family. It is the perfect place to stay and relax on the Ile de Ré. The house is beautifully designed and furnished, with a large, light sitting room with sofas, armchairs and doors that open fully onto the garden. The bedrooms are all comfortable and there are generous amounts of linen and towels. There is a great utility room and a long washing line at the back of the house. The kitchen is huge and well equipped, we hosted a supper for a large number of family and friends with ease. The garden is an oasis of calm, with its lawn, olive trees and flowers. The pool is fantastic and there is seating and dining on the decking, under the shade of the sails if you want. The house is perfectly positioned for a stroll into La Flotte or a bicycle ride elsewhere. The owners are kind and helpful, and we highly recommend this property and look forward to returning there ourselves."
Kerri Cullen : "We stayed at this beautiful home during a trip celebrate my husband\'s birthday. We found it beautiful but also extremely homely and comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly set up and equipped and we found we spent most of our time there as family and friends were coming and going all week. We also especially liked the way most of the ground floor doors slide into the walls so the house was open to the pool and garden whenever we wanted. The bedrooms are comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The bathrooms are particularly nice!
The house is very convenient as it is a short stroll to the center of La Flotte and a 40 minute walk to Saint-Martin.
I hope to be able to stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for relaxing holiday with family or friends."
Anne Neirynck : "Beautiful house tastefully arranged, very comfortable, where our international family of ten never felt crowded. It is the private residence of the owners, and thus comes with music, books, a well-stocked kitchen pantry with lots of spices and the feeling that you are home far away from home. We shopped at the nearby farmers' market and cooked fish in the steam oven - easy to learn, outstanding results. We ate all our meals outside under the sail awning. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The owners were welcoming and attentive to details. The sailing school is minutes away by foot. Our best rental ever in France."
Isabelle Neirynck : "Nous ne pouvons que recommander très chaleureusement cette location d'une maison originale (voyez la cuisine sur le modèle japonais, les toiles de tente, l'architecture elle-même), spacieuse et aérée, super-équipée et facile à vivre tant de l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur (charmant jardin, véritable ilot de tranquillité pourtant si proche du centre du village). Nous y étions à dix, bien à l'aise, très heureux de nous sentir tout de suite si bien accueillis par les propriétaires, très conviviaux et disponibles) et par la maison elle-même, où tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie des locataires (un magnifique fond de cuisine, de quoi se sustenter en arrivant,système automatisé d'arrosage ....) . On y ressent une qualité de vie très recherchée et nous en avons bien bénéficié ! "

Les propriétaires l?ont disposée avec un goût simple, concret, exquis.
L?esprit « dedans-dehors » est très réussi. Le jardin fleuri, coloré à souhait, avec des fruits, des tomates, des herbes à cueillir. Nous avons fait nos bouquets dans chaque pièce !
Les chambres sont jolies, spacieuses et calmes.
Tout le confort possible au jardin comme dans la maison, tout à disposition comme si nous étions chez nous.
